Neova Group has a management team appointed by the Board of Directors of Neova Oy, which supports the CEO in the strategic management of the Group. The CEO acts as the Chair of the Group Management Team and appoints its Secretary.
The management team discusses the following matters in particular:
- group’s financial and sustainability reporting and financing
- group risk management
- group personnel policies
- group IT projects
- strategic projects
- group’s raw materials matters
- major investments
- compliance with the law, and
- preparation of materials for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
The Group Management Team meets monthly.
