Board of Directors

Following persons were re-elected as the members of the Board of Directors: Chairman, Juho Lipsanen, M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.), Vice Chairman, Perttu Rinta, Managing Director. Following persons were re-elected as Members: Martti Haapamäki, Managing Director and Marja Tuderman, Director.

Taina Susiluoto, Director and Arto Sutinen, Managing Director were elected as a new members.

Supervisory Board

Following persons were re-elected as the members of the Supervisory Board: Mikko Hentinen, Managing Director, Eero Kubin, Docent, Customer Manager, Esko Kurvinen, Member of Parliament, Heikki Miilumäki, Doctor of Technology (h.c.) and Simo Salmelin, Provincial Counsellor (hon).

Antti Kaikkonen, Member of Parliament, Jukka Kärnä, Member of Parliament, Pentti Oinonen, Member of Parliament, Janne Sankelo, Member of Parliament and Anni Sinnemäki, Member of Parliament were elected as a new members of the Supervisory Board.

Pentti Oinonen was elected as a Chairman and Heikki Miilumäki as a Vice Chairman.

Deloitte & Touche Oy, Authorized Public Accountants, was elected as Auditors, with Tapani Vuopala, APA, as Auditor in Charge.
